Machine settings vary
Portal addresses, pause controls, rates, voucher rules, expiry periods, device recognition, and administrator menus depend on the operator, hardware, software version, and configuration. A step that applies to one vendo may not apply to another. Follow the instructions displayed by your local operator.
No access to payments or network accounts
We cannot view or change customer sessions, balances, payment records, vouchers, router settings, or admin accounts. For missing time, a failed payment, an outage, or a locked account, contact the vendo owner or service provider directly.
Examples and illustrations
Illustrations and sample addresses are explanatory. They do not show the actual configuration of every machine. An address such as 10.0.0.1 is common on some networks, but your gateway may be different. Check your connected network’s settings instead of assuming.
